Conditions of Return
Natural wood items may include character traits such as knots, burl, saw marks, small cracks, natural blemishes, uneven stain, and pitting. If the store item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If return is for a production defect, KingWood Clocks will cover shipping costs
